Metallon Steel Fabrications prides itself on providing high quality products.

We are also human and understand that sometimes products slip through our quality control process or the product isn’t quite right for your needs.

To return a product you will need proof of purchase and the goods need to be returned in their original condition.

What if my product/s are faulty or damaged during shipping?

If you believe your item has arrived faulty or has been damaged during shipping please email us at accounts@metallonfab.com.au or call us on (07) 3865 7865 

You will be asked to provide your order reference number and photos of the fault or damage.

Assessment Process

If your product is assessed as having a minor fault it may be repaired and returned to you within a reasonable time frame. If the product is deemed to have a major flaw we will offer you a replacement, refund or store credit.

If you are not happy with our team’s assessment of your return?

If at any time you feel that your rights under our Returns Policy or the Australian consumer law have not been met, please let us know by emailing us at accounts@metallonfab.com.au

Are any products excluded from our Returns and Refund Policy?

In some cases, a refund, replacement or repair may not be offered or possible if:

  • You purchased a product marked as a ‘second’ or a product from our Bargain Bin

  • Your product has been modified

  • There is evidence that your product/s use and care fails to meet the products specification

General Terms and Conditions

  • Refund monies will not be available before the product/s has been received and checked by our team.

  • Returns can take up to 7 to 10 days to process, we will do our very best to process your refund claim as quickly as possible.

  • All returns must have Proof of purchase supplied at the time of return

  • Refunds will not include the initial delivery charges

  • Any expenses related to a product/s returned will be paid by you

Australian Consumer Law and your rights?

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

You are entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
